Pawns vs Knights
Chess variant
Chess variant where White has only pawns, while Black has knights and a single pawn.
Otherwise the rules of chess apply.
The number of white pawns and black knights can be changed.
White can win with promoting one or more pawns. Black can win either by promoting the single pawn or by giving checkmate to the lone king with the knights. The latter is more difficult. At least three knights are needed as it is not possible to force mate with two knights, see: Basic endgames.
