Chess variant
Three-player chess variant played on a three-way board with hexagonal fields.
There are three players, everyone against everyone. Move order: White, Red, Black.
The game ends when someone is checkmated:

Pawns move towards the opposite wall of the board. They move straight forward (in rook's directions), and capture diagonally forward (in bishop's directions) left or right. They can advance two fields from the two initial pawn-lines.
Pawns promote on the opposite wall of the board, where they can neither move nor capture (see the diagram below).
Movement and capturing of the pawns and promotion fields
There is no castling.
